How to help the environment?

In the last years, we have contaminated a lot. We pollute the environment every day, and we don´t buy any ways, we use the car, we buy anything and then we throw in the floor or in the land.
We don´t have conscience of our footprint in the world. We should do programs like recycle by child o any people, but I think there should be the recycling culture and the principal population is the children; in this way we change the thought to pollute, and the next generations will reduce the footprint.
The parents have to teach their children that it is important to take care of the environment and the parents cannot think that it is a game they have to discipline their children in the best form like teach him/her to buy less things, maybe they do not use or is not necessary; also motivate to use a bicycle to move the one place to other and not use a car.
We think that new generation can help to reduce the footprint, only if we change the culture, it is our responsibility. The environment needs all of us the changes we must make us

here are some recommendations to save the environment:

.Drink tap water and reuse the bottles.
.Use an air filter for water and save to the extent possible.
.Low-energy lights.
.Cloth bags instead of plastic bags.
. Efficient driving and eco-friendly cars.

however, only if each of us do our part will make a difference.

Hardball!!

Very much movies have a message for our lives. The movie Hardball is shown as a man with many problems. He decides to help a team of children who had never managed and never have a proper uniform for their sport.
The movie shows social problems, the boys how are in drugs life, and how end their lives.

The movie starts reflecting the abandonment is given to children's dreams but ultimately met. The team was very important to them and got a good ending.
In the movie had a young child who dies because of a shooting near where he and his brother lived.
The loss of the child was actually doing it was sad for all the joy of the team and coach. However, the child left a great lesson that was the joy and positivity to move forward.

In life we are often discouraged by different things but everything has a meaning which is for us to discover and put into practice

Endurace test!!

In our world there are many challenges that the same human beings we have set. We have found many ways to do extreme sports such as marathon that is run 26 mile. Is a very difficult but many people love and enjoy. There is also the ultramarathon that takes place anywhere around the world and with different types of terrain. Because every ultramarathon each course is unique is Different.

Several days take the ultramarathon to finish. Runners have to sleep and eat during the race course. Is very long and hard so that. To me all participants are winners. You need to have very good physical condition for this type of activity. People are prepared long before.

Climbing activities such as rock, skydiving, skateboarding are examples of endurance test. These challenges are experiences that win the person to grow physically and personally.

Changes!!

In our life we have many changes all the time. Changes in mind, at work, in love and almost everything we do.
Changes there are always bad and good. Wisdom lies in knowing how to choose. Today is not the same as 100 years ago life has changed. And the world will be full of changes. Technology, attitudes and customs are no longer equal. There is a lot of crime there is no peace in each of us.

If we compare with our past and with the present we will see big changes. Formerly the people moved in carts now there are many ways such as cars, trains, planes ... changes are very good as in medicine many diseases have been eradicated thanks to new technologies and research...

Fashion changes every day and that we consume in a globalized world. Now all people need to study to ensure a stable future, years ago the situation was not so.
A very bad and serious change we have is the great contamination and all disasters that man is causing and that affect us and future generations.

Changes exist and will exist forever, bad and good, nice and not nice. Only is in every one of us get one good advantage of these changes in our world and our lives.

Storytelling!!

The storytelling is an art to tell stories there can be many kinds the stories for example; terror or funny ones. Who practice the storytelling should have many abilities for the story becomes interesting, and the people that listen imagine each character, and the different ambient during the story.It is very important for children to be told stories and listen to relaxing music since they are in the womb so that when they are born, they become smart and quiet.

This is my story:

One day a girl was sitting in the backyard with a drink, when suddenly a dog approached and spoke. She ran home scared and could not believe it, passing the days she kept hearing voices and they were the animals they wanted to ask for help and that soon they would eliminate their homes. The girl had a great idea and defended the animals of the wicked. Thanks to her animals escaped and were friends forever.

Culture!!

Costa Rica is a famous country for by the abundant flora and fauna. We have our traditions and customs but these are very different to other countries. For example China is a very distinct nation for different country by the culture, food, customs and more.

In china the people eat rat, worms of different classes and other food that in our country is not typical. In Costa Rica the typical foods are “tamales, sopas, picadillos” and other more. In our nation is famous to dance salsa, merengue and other rhythms. In china the people have other dance and other music.

China is a big and globalized country. In this place the people are educated and here in our country some people are rude. For example where they are driven one another are very discourteous.  

Something very important is the language of the two countries is totally different. We write our ABC in one way and them a completely different. 

All have a past and a culture that identifies us. All countries are so different so even we live in the same world and we are one family.

Facing the Giants!!

In our world we have only one God.  In the movie "Facing the Giants"  show that in life everything is possible when God is with us. The movie’s history was about a man who everything was bad and he was coach of a team which had lost many games. His wife couldn’t get pregnant.  Then the man speaks to God and asked for help and guidance. At the end of the movie all in his life was better. He and his wife had children thank to God.

Sometimes in the life we don’t believe in God or in ourselves. En this movie show us that we can do anything with god a when we believe in him.  Old the time we need to God in our life and in our hearts.  I think this kind of movies are so good for us because show the real life.

With god all is possible and we can to be successful always but with our effort too.  This movie shows us a very important message of reflection that we should to practice every day.

Identity theft !!

Identity theft is a type a fraud. My story is about a friend who was a victim of the internet and the bad person.

One day a friend of mine stolen personal information and created a facebook. They used a picture of her and sent friend requests to many people known to her.

Later when the people accepted her request, the bad person sends them ugly messages and a bad commentaries.

All the friends were very scared and asked her what happened. She explained the situation to the friends and they the deleted on facebook.

She never knows who was the bad person and she felt terrible. Obviously the person who steal information of my friend was someone known to her.

This story was a very bad situation. 

Extreme sports!!

In the world there are many extreme sports. An extreme sport is that people feel emotion. Most of the sports are dangerous.

 My favorite extreme sport is the canopy. I practiced this sport en Fortuna, San Carlos, really was very fanny. In the beginning was so scared but then I take off.

In this canopy are about 20 cables and cables and some are a lot of height. When I went at this place the cost for each person was 20 000 colones.

Other extreme sport is the rafting. I've never played this sport but I like a lot. I want to practice that any day.

 In this world there are many extreme sports but only are necessary people to risk a try.
